You don't deserve even 1 star. Even though I made a reservation and paid, when I arrived at the hotel tonight, even though I paid for the reservation, he said there was no room and no refund would be given. and that I should sleep on the street and acted very disrespectfully. If you don't want to encounter last minute surprises, I think you should stay away from these, THIEVES!!

This place has an acceptable balance when it comes to value for money. But even then, once you take the leap of faith, you are in for a hard time. There are some more permanent residents that give the place a skeezy feel. The beds themselves are very dated bunks, and they are not comfortably accessible, especially not if the person in the other bed is already in it. All in all I may stay again though, as a supermarket is near and parking was okay (although not offered). I’ll just hold tight before jumping into the fray

The girl who worked on reception during the day was incredibly unhelpful as was the owner. The hostel itself is very noisy. On a busy road and the main door slams all through the night. Definitely wouldn't stay again

(1) New & CLEAN. (2) KITCHEN w/microwave & fridge, but no sink. (3) BATHROOMS: hot water & good water pressure. (4) 24/7 SUPERMARKET just 5 blocks away. (5) HEATED (-) Shower drains were CLOGGED both days I was there. (-) LONG TERM residents are sloppy & take over the room. (-) 7 blocks from METRO. An episode of Hawaii Five-O played on Gloria's kitchen tv where McGarrett is an MMA fighter?

there is no signal about hostel outside the building! and it is not so close to metro. the closest metro is bande nere station. and you can use san siro station but it is far away. i feel like it is a small home more than hostel! there is free WIFI so it is a good point. it is clean in general. BUT IT IS SO BASIC AND SIMPLE.
